Job Description :
- Preparing and analyzing reports using data from our HCM database and manipulating it in excel.
- Creating and distributing scheduled reports on HR data to various client groups, for example, weekly and monthly headcount reports.
- Identify and develop data sets to support the reporting capabilities of the HR team.
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to aid decision-making in HR.
- Maintaining the integrity of data by conducting system reviews to ensure consistency of information.
- Building automation into HR reporting using excel macros.
- Providing ad-hoc analytics and support to the HR teams.
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytic skills and an advanced user of Excel (e.g. pivot table, running formulas)
- Comfortable following instructions on how to complete tasks, and writing own instructions when needed.
- Proactive, problem-solver as well as taking ownership of initiatives and driving them forward.
- The ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and proactively contribute ideas, views, and recommendations.
- A professional and adaptable approach and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information using discretion.
- Experience having worked in an HR Operations environment/Financial Services and within a global organization is desired but not essential.
