Job Objectives.

Head - Strategic Partnerships & Alliances is a challenging job that has high performance benchmarks and leadership possibilities. This job holder will be responsible for :-

- Working in Business Partnerships / Co lending / DA structures on the BD side.

- Acquire, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in the SME lending space across products like Business Loans/LAP

- Drive aggressive month-on-month revenue growth for the partners in your portfolio.

- Develop B2C strategy and ensure maximum conversion of Leads received from multiple platforms.

- Market mapping and working with Channel Partners to increase the market share in terms of revenues and new clients acquired.

- Work closely with sales and credit team to ensure Business targets are achieved.

- Work with credit and risk teams in creating custom credit evaluation mechanisms for every partner.

- Work with product and technology teams to create the required platforms and technology to scale this function.
