Business Development (Preferably from Renewable Energy Sector only) (2-6 yrs)
- Build and manage a team of energy storage and hybrid technology professionals
- Maintain database of market opportunities on IPP basis
- Target the opportunities and create competitive solutions
- Constantly update the team and the organization on the regulatory and policy landscape pertaining to the above
- Strategize solutions within the boundary framework of the opportunity and regulatory landscape
- Prepare presentations on the opportunity to be presented to the Project Investment Committee
- Interpret tender documents (including but not limited to RfS, PPA & PSA) and prepare a scope document
- Coordinate with different teams (Procurement, Technical, Legal etc.) to draft the risk framework
- At least 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in bidding / modelling on round the clock tenders
- B. Tech - Electrical
- Excellent academic track record and technical acumen
- Designing of Hybrid Solutions
- Designing of ESS Solutions
- Good Communication - both verbal and written
- Conducting Market Research
- Leadership
- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude
- The ability to work across teams and functions effectively
