We are a firm with a strong presence in the Futures and Derivatives operations in the International Capital Markets. About the Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition:

1. Campus Recruitment: Coordinate with Colleges for their placement and internship process and negotiate for the best dates possible. Manage the coordination of the selection process. Drive all pre-hiring communication and engagement process

2. Lateral Recruitment: Source and screen candidates, and coordinate with external vendors. Ensure seamless onboarding and induction

Employer Branding:

1. Manage Axxela's LinkedIn and Glassdoor Pages. Post relevant content on LinkedIn and reply to any reviews or feedback on Glassdoor

2. Manage the official website

3. Design and implement campus engagement initiatives

4. Develop onboarding kits for all new joiners

Generalist Tasks:

1. Conduct Exit interviews, capture insights from the data, and share recommendations with Management

2. Document Policies and create the HR manual

3. Create and distribute Employee letters

4. Drive branch level employee engagement activities


1. Minimum Education: MBA or any equivalent PG Diploma in HR Stream

2. Minimum Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience, prior experience in campus hiring is preferred

3. Should be a quick learner

4. Should be ready to take on new challenges

5. Should be ready to take additional responsibilities

6. Should be ready to travel across locations for Campus recruitment drives.
