Axxela Research & Analytics - Financial Accountant

Salary : 9-11LPA

- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of ROC & GST returns on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial activities.

- Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Coordinate month-end closing activities and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

- Conduct internal audits to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Qualifying CA certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

- Profound knowledge of accounting principles, ROC filling, taxation, GST filing, and financial analysis.

- Experience in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide valuable insights.

- Advanced proficiency in accounting software, Tally and MS Excel.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
