Responsibilities :

This position is part of the technical leadership in data warehousing and MDM areas. Someone who can work on multiple project streams and clients for better business decision making especially in Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain.

Leadership : Recruit, Mentor, Coach and Guide teams to implement & deliver complex projects in the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain.

Project/Client Management :

- Design relevant KPIs with the knowledge of their underlying formulae. S/he should also be able to identify the correct KPIs to use across therapy areas and brand life cycles.

- Determine the appropriate visualizations for reports

- Deep understanding of all pharma data sources on the commercial side.

- Design and implement the solution for proposals and customer decks.

- Gathering business requirements from client

- Converting all the requirements for the technical team.

- Lead large RFP responses.

- Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans.

- Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others' work.

- Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.

Logical Thinking - Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.

Handle Client Relationship - Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills.

Qualification :

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain.

Requirement

Technical :

- Should have successfully done 2-3 end to end DW implementations in Pharma or Life Sciences Business domains

- Has deep Understanding of reporting in pharma across various areas like brand reporting, field force reporting and patient analytics.

- Has working knowledge of all Pharma Data sources like IMS, Cegedim, and Veeva etc.

- Deep understanding of all pharma data sources on the commercial side.

- Ability to consult with relevant KPIs with the knowledge of their underlying formulae. S/he should also be able to identify the correct KPIs to use across therapy areas and brand life cycles.

- Ability to determine the appropriate visualizations for reports.

- Ability to lead large RFP responses.

- Should have lead large teams.

- Good communication, client facing and leadership skills

- Hands on knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting solutions like BI tools or Excel/VBA

Functional :

- Should have experience in following concepts and technologies:

Specifics:

- Pharma data sources like IMS, Veeva, Symphony, Cegedim etc.

- Business processes like alignment, market definition, segmentation, sales crediting, activity metrics calculation.

- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions
