- Responsible for handling entire gamut of HR activities (excluding recruitment) in the capacity of HR Business Partner (aligned with one Business Unit) or HR Operations (organization level)   - Working closely with BU manager to plan, implement and provide continuous update on business for effective performance management and productivity  - Review and track business unit data to identify trends in employee performance and turn over  - Grievance handling, PIP and Skip Level meeting. Employee Engagement and R&R  - Strengthens and delivers gamut of HR activities that encompasses employee life cycle including New Joiners Induction, Employee Confirmation, Employee Engagement Events, Celebrating achievements and R&R, Employee Grievances, Performance Management, Retention.   - Attrition analysis and implementation of Early Warning System   Eligibility Criteria :   - Ideal experience range is 4-8 years of relevant experience, Preference would be given to candidates having experience with IT/ITeS or Analytics space based companies  - MBA/Masters with specialization in HR from Tier - 1 or Tier - 2 B-School in India or abroad   About Axtria:  - Axtria (axtria.com) is a Big Data Analytics company which combines industry knowledge, analytics & technology to help clients make better decisions.
