Axtria - Director - Product Management

As an experienced Product Management, collaborate with senior leadership, client success team, architects, user experience designers, engineers, testers, and project owners to deliver solutions.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Help in defining product vision, roadmap and GTM strategy

- Interact with customer facing teams, internal subject matter experts, and customer end-users to understand and define the key problems, requirements, workflows, and define solutions

- Engage with customer directly to get feedback, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutions, do beta and go live

- Define scope for releases and sprints

- Leverage POs to create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with User Experience designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designs

- Work closely with development team comprised of global members in an Agile Scrum environment to refine, prioritize and support the development, testing and release of functionality

- Support key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release including sales and support training and general product awareness.

- Create presentations and demos to help train internal teams and educate customer users on roadmap and new functionality

- Review, prioritize, comment, and follow up on product defects

- Evangelize the product and serve as a point of contact and product expert for internal teams and external customers

- Partner with customer support to assist in the resolution of escalated concerns.

- Triage and prioritize bug fixes in the product backlog

Your Competencies :

- Experience with user experience and business process development

- Experience with application and system development

- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience in agile development and using development tools

- Analytical thinking and problem solving

- Results oriented and business value focused

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work collaboratively and influence in a matrixed environment

- Ability to translate and communicate business needs into technical requirements

- Able to define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future vision

Must have Skills:

- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent

- Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions

- Self-starter attitude, Results-driven, data-driven, and action-oriented

- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities

- Familiarity or work experience in the Pharmaceutical space is highly desired but not required.

- MBA from prestigious college is preferred. Minimum of a bachelor's degree from prestigious college.
