Co-founder Sales and strategy
Looking for a co-founder who can drive the next gen HR product.
We have built the product and in the process of closing the funding. Apply only if you have a guts to take risk and ownership. A Prior experience of start-up would be added Advantage. Its a solution which can fundamentally transform the HR and recruitment space.
Responsibilities for the position include (but are not limited to):
- Developing strategies to drive the product
- Get customer feedback and work on Achieving the product market fit.
- Conducting market studies, competitor analysis and running pilot projects
- Online/offline marketing of brand, managing campaigns
- Developing and maintaining investor relations
- Consumer feedback analysis and addressal in collaboration with product development/operations team
- Build and manage sales team. Would be responsible for pan-India sales going forward
- Coordinate with other co-founders and handle other functions as and when required
Requirements :
- Demonstrated ability to solve business problems. Prior experience in sales/marketing or business development would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills - Should be able to interact proactively with prospective B2B clients, current customers, investors, liaison with product development and operations team to implement consumer feedback
- MBA degree from top business schools (IIMs/SPJain/FMS/XLRI etc.) preferred but not mandatory,
- Bachelor's/Master's degrees from Tier-1 colleges (IITs/NITs/BITS etc.) + Good startup experience.
Compensation will be in form of equity, but we will take care of your Financial needs.
