Designation : Training Manager/ L&D Manager
Exp : 6- 12 yrs
Education : MBA- HR
Location : Gurgaon/ Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Experience in designing or working on Competency Model
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Manage training budget
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Drive New Hire integration & training for Campus hires - Rigorous & Structured interventions
- Drive training interventions and participation in business level initiatives
Key Interface / Stakeholders :
The key relationships to be maintained in this role are with the following stakeholders :
- Partners
- Solution leads for specific requirements
- CFO & Transformation L&D/HR team
Key Qualification and Experience requirements :
- Masters in Business Administration (preferred) with 6-8 years of experience in L&D
