Ideally form data Analytics background and worked on Risk/ Internal controls

Experience in Business process - P2p, O2c, R2R is mandatory

Roles and responsibilities:

- Run / execute analytics scripts in appropriate tool as defined by customer

- Review and analyse exception reports generated using a risk based approach including trending to identify high risk exceptions as per defined SOPs and using leading practices

- Responsible for quality, accuracy and completeness of analytics, monitoring and exception management processes

- Ability to apply a risk-based approach, seek guidance from Axis Manager prior to contacting retained organization support

- Use client defined exception management tool to assign issues to control owners and track closure of issues

- Collaborate with IC CoE workstreams to define a holistic approach for exception management

- Review updates to logic of CCM scripts based on identified opportunities for improvement or changes in business processes

- Train new team members with required process and technical knowledge

- Update SOP- s, training manuals and other pertinent documents periodically

- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in existing set of analytics on an on-going basis

- Support Manager in identification of improvement opportunities and help build business case for implementation

- Prepare periodic dashboards to provide operational metrics and control health status to management

- Perform maintenance activities on existing set of analytics depending on business scenarios and / or process changes

What the role requires:

- Experience in internal controls, or internal audit

- Expertise in data analysis using ACL, SQL and other analytical tools

- Indepth knowledge of SAP FI, MM, SD and Basis (either implementation, support or operations)

- Good understanding of key business processes (PtP, OtC, RtR)

- Expertise in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

- Good command over English

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to and experience of managing small team and working across the globe

Qualification and experience:

- Graduate

- 3+ years of relevant experience
