Roles and Responsibilities - - Design and deliver various learning and development programs, policies in alignment with business needs - Partner with business to understand Learning needs of teams and determine prioritized learning delivery - Measure effectiveness and impact of the programs to improve the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem - Develop reporting capabilities to assist with planning and managing the company's training and development initiatives - Effectively drive the e-learning agenda (including Learning Management Systems) to drive the learning & development priorities - Developing vendors for creating / delivering customized learning - Proficient and required to support in other areas of HR e.g. Business Partnering, drafting / communicating HR Policies, Talent Acquisition etc Requirements - - should be an MBA in HR with specific exposure to L&D function in design and delivery of learning programs preferably from BPO / KPO/ Media/ Market Research/ Consumer Banking/Insurance sectors. - should be able to deliver in a calm and professional manner in an - always on- environment.
