Axis My India - Project Manager - CMD - IIT/NIT/IIM

- To keep track of process of various projects & bringing key slippages/resource needs/project issues to the attention of CMD

- Supports CMD's office in all tasks

- Responsible for overall business and resource management

- To coordinate with various projects/functions needs and help resolve conflicts

- Working with peers for successful execution of plan/strategy and identify process gaps

- Prepare a dashboard of various Projects Progress & present to CMD periodically

- The continuous identification and implementation of best practice through interaction with the team

- Motivate and effectively manage performance of teams to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.

- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place

Role Requirement -

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & Interpersonal relationships

- Experience in interaction with senior management

- Managed mid/large scale operations

- Hands on experience on MS- Office & Project Management Tools
