Talent Acquisition Manager
- Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Interviewing, offer Negotiation)
- Time & cost-effective sourcing.
- Responsible for end to end hiring process & full fill talent requirement of the organization
- Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks & governance.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full recruitment cycle from Job Posting to On boarding.
- Must have experience in robust selection process (various test methods as applicable for the post and detailed evaluation metrics driven methods.
- Post Graduation in HR from Tier 1 college/university & a rank holder.
- Candidates having military family background would be preferred.
