Roles and responsibilities Client Service &amp; Business Development - Understand client business challenges/problems and design and propose the right research and analytics solutions. - Expertise in Quantitative market research processes and methodologies. - Exposure of qualitative research and related methodologies. - Developing new business - undertake sales activities independently and in conjunction with seniors. - Servicing the existing client portfolio and grow it further. - Own and manage the entire project lifecycle including, Client Servicing, Proposal Writing, Research Instrument (Questionnaire, DG etc.) design, Project Management, Co-ordinate with Operations and Analysis team, Report Writing, Insight generation and providing Recommendations to client - Presentation of findings to clients. Be a subject matter expert for clients. - Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews People Management - Manage and train the team members to ensure they handle client requirements properly, define and monitor KPIs of team members, ensure timely appraisals and growth. - Establish high standards of performance and holds associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards - Provide support, recognition, and feedback to assist employees achieve their performance standards. Conduct periodic and consistent coaching &amp; drive employee satisfaction Financial Management - Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as assigned - Develop plans to cross sell and introduce new services to clients - Contribute to the overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost saving ideas Functional/Technical - Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of research techniques and applications - Manage data quality issues by overseeing inquiry process - Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility Organizational Management - Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs Key Skills and Abilities - Master's in Management Studies (MBA/PGDBM/PGDCM) - MBA/ PGDBM with science/economics/engineering background in bachelor's degree - Solid Quantitative knowledge in terms of practicing effective research techniques and methodologies and exposure and knowledge of qualitative research methodologies - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent Client Servicing and Communication skill
