- Generating awareness & monitoring resources in performing their daily task as mentioned in respective task sheet which will enable employee skills and an organizations overall quality of work.
- Assess & develop appropriate key performance indicators & performance goals for specific positions & departments.
- Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance & provides reports to management.
- Design & evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems.
