Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Extensive background in various facets of Human Resource Management with current norms & policies.
- Has developed HR Manual/ policies & procedure.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Review departmental budgets.
- Organize learning and development programs.
- Has develop learning & development programme, Training manual.
- Expertise in Human Resource Management, maintaining minimum attrition ratio, handling various conflicts & legal compliances, so thus creating a disciplined & healthy environment Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Create a report for senior management: prepare a monthly HR report and presentation for internal communication.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR, with At least 8+ years' experience in the field of Human resource management and Learning & development
- Familiarity with payroll systems, Applicant Tracking System, and resume database.
- Complete understanding of labour legislation
- Leadership skills
- Follow & abide company policies and objectives.
- Handling conflict management & maintain discipline at work place
