- Ensuring organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating plan execution
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement and productivity improvement.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports.
- Adhere to company, statutory and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Build a capable operations organization that is enabled to scale to cater to the ambitious expansion plans.
- Requirements 10+ years of business operations or project analysis experience with aspiration to be a future business leader.
- Experience of monitoring the project lifecycle from initiation to execution by taking complete ownership and responsibility.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with Entrepreneurial zeal & ownership
- Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis will be an advantage
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent
- Rank holder and achiever who is ready to lead the Team/Department
