Requirements:

- 10 + years of extensive experience in financial management with aspiration to be a future business leader.

- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, driving financial performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making in research/ FMCG/retail industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information to the stakeholders clearly.

- Hands on experience of raising finance both equity and debts from primary and secondary capital markets, public listed company, FDI, ECB etc.

- MBA-Finance from top notch institute like IIM, JBIMS, NMIMS etc. and proven track record in leading the finance team- Rank holder and achiever who is ready to lead the Team/ Department
