- Develop foundational relationship with key customers and stakeholders to sell Consumer Insights and Quantitative Market Research projects across industries
- Gather understanding and expertise on customer business priorities and how that ties up to consumption of AIM solutions.
- Aggressively build B2B partnerships for the People Empowerment Platform (PEP)
- Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to closing deals for the designated region
- Negotiate pricing, terms, agreements and close sales deals and achieve sales targets
- Lead Customer engagement with thoughtful insights to help customers take useful business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences, acting as an evangelist
- Nurture long-term relationships with all key customers, ensuring honest communication, fair expectation setting, and outstanding delivery
- Be a team player and work closely with internal teams to help AMI deliver outstanding results for all customers
Requirements :
- 10+ years of Sales & Business Development experience, both new sales and up-selling with an existing client
- Strong experience in driving Sales for Consumer Insights and Quantitative Market Research projects across industries
- Experience in building a managing a team of go-getters is a must
- Ability to articulate thoughts and solutions and express to the customer leadership Problem-solving approach and attitude
- Active listening and seeking out the root cause of a business problem
- Strong presentation skills, Logical thinking, Strong command on excel
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to travel as needed
