- Identify Specific training needs for Individuals, Depts, Regional clusters - Developing training material, monitoring delivery and feedback (performance progress post-training) of the training programmes from all stakeholders within one month or as appropriate duration. - Work closely in coordination with HR, PMS (Performance Management System), Quality &amp; Other Depts/functions to organize and conduct train the trainer programs - To prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly training calendars. - All activities usually related to training functions - Should be able to travel at preferred locations. - Experience should be in preferable in soft skills, communication, ability for specific detailing and team building. - Multi lingual skills, person Should be proficient in Telugu Language - Candidates from Automobile industry with Training Experience preferred
