- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database - Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance etc. ) Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs) - Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies - Project wise costing by allocating direct and indirect costs, preparing Project cost estimates, tracking costs, variance analysis and initiating cost control measures - Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department) - Analyze and report profit margins - Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts - Assisting in month-end and year-end closing - Identify and recommend cost-effective solution - Liaise with stakeholders and support management decisions by providing appropriate cost information and data - Liaise with purchasing department to provide continued feedback to ensure competitive pricing - Analyses supplier quotes and provide information and data, which aids communications with suppliers and customers and achieves cost optimization Required Candidate profile : - ICWA / CA qualified. Minimum 5+years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry - Candidates staying in western line preferred - Strong analytical skills - Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines
