- Fee revenue generation and new clients acquisition of PE deals

- Successful closure of deals to achieve set targets

- Build and increase the market share / client base for Axis Capital

- Maintaining and mining relationships with existing & potential clients

- Fee Revenue Pipeline (Based on Advanced nature of closures, Definitive Term Sheets, Accepted LOI, etc.)

- Regular interactions with existing clients / new leads to handle relationship efficiently

- Establishing strong relationships with investors; specific focus on private equity funds and investment focused firms

- Engagement with the key decision makers/partners in the funds in order to develop insights on investor preferences & ability to understand & influence key decision makers

- Building a strong knowledge base on the sector(s) - Industry views, comparative deal analysis, valuation insights

- Mining Axis Bank clients and cross selling

- Deal structuring capabilities, execution excellence & smooth closure of transaction
