- Fully Conversant with settlement process of Custodial Services and processings under Fund Accounting

- Well versed with all the regulatory guidelines pertaining Custodial Services and Fund Accounting

- Well conversant with market practices followed for Custodial Services and Fund Accounting

- Should have thorough knowledge of Custodial Services and Fund Accounting

Key Result Areas:

- Overall Supervision of Custodial Services and Fund Accounting sections.

- Supervision of adherence of TAT for account Opening.

- Ensuring quality service delivery and ensuring quick resolution of customer queries and complaints.

- Responsible for setting up and review of process for all Customer, MIS and regulatory reporting.

- Coordinating with various audit teams including SEBI, Internal & Concurrent and responsible for ensuring timely compliance.

- Responsible for improvement of Operational processes and effectively managing automations and System Implementation.
