Requirements: - Should have atleast 5-6 years of experience in managing complex and large projects for Cards and Payments, - Strong working knowledge of cards and payments domain with both functional technical experience of the domain. - In depth understanding of latest payment technologies like tokenization, contactless payments, - Should have a strong background on payment technologies with a good sense of business, - Proficiency in documenting the requirement, testing and product launch, - Ability to communicate and work with a wide ranger of groups, including technology and partners, - Should have managed a team of associates across various levels - PMP certification, would be preferable. - BE/B.Tech, MBA (Preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Works with business partner to elicit high level requirements and capture business needs - Understands and documents processes and solutions according to business needs - Develops functional specifications for client acceptance - Manages the project from scoping stage, development to Launch stage. - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders for taking required approvals - Work closely with partners for driving the use cases on the program with required system changes
