Role: Projects and New Initiatives Key Responsibility Areas:&nbsp; - Measure and define key levers that impact business performance and highlight impact towards future business potential. - Work on strategic plans and prepare long-range planning &amp; annual budgeting; work on expansion through new markets, new segment; and business operations strategies - Work on all strategic activities to redefine CBG business architecture landscape in order to meet its next generation imperatives - Develop and implement a robust business plan for lines of business (SEG, MEG and SCF across business channels) - Develop a strong network within the industry to analyse market &amp; competition information to proactively develop strategies &amp; tactics to manage the changes required as per market conditions - Work closely with external consulting teams on projects and new initiatives of the department - Responsible for ideating, designing ad optimizing processes and products in line with making CBG a flagship franchise for the bank. - Responsible for development of content, formats, reports, presentations - Drive significant impact to the business by executing transformational projects for different business segments - Deliver thought leadership on future state operating models and processes with special emphasis on capabilities such as Business Process Modeller suites, Customer Experience Design, New Age Digital Channels - Lead / contribute to enterprise wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes and operating models incorporating latest technologies and methodologies (design thinking, lean / agile, etc.) - Collaboratively work with inter-department stakeholders on engagements to deliver impactful results for the organization - Act as a change agent and manage end to end delivery of projects working with senior leaders and cross- functional teams to achieve project goals - Guide / collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive business improvement plans that support the business strategy - Building Digital transformation road map for all businesses. - Building the next five years plan and road map for the business Skill Requirements:&nbsp; - MBA from Premier institute (IIM/ XLRI/ SP Jain/ ISB etc.) - 3+ years of Post MBA experience in credit / sales / client relationship role - High-degree of conversance with Excel, MS Visio, Powerpoint - Experience in business process re-engineering, Tableau or exposure to CRM systems is an added advantage
