Brief Background of the Job : CXT department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transormation and quality improvement across business functions. 

- In the above position, candidate would be responsible for carrying out data analysis, conducting As-Is assessment across retail assets business, U/w, Ops and Service functions and identifying automation & transformation opportunities.

- The team member will further contribute to the design of the improved processes/ operating model and performance /efficiency enablers.

- The candidate should have experience in creating impactful presentations, detailed process documents, BRDs creation and comfortable with Excel."

Roles and Responsibilities

- To lead transformation projects for Retail Loans Sales, Ops and support functions within the Bank

- To carry out data analysis and diagnostic studies to identify opportunities for improvement

- To conduct As-Is process assessments

- Benefit estimation for recommended process changes and business case creation

- To research new and innovative solutions and perform competition benchmarking to be up to speed on transformational practices in the Retail Lending industry

- To monitor progress of projects assigned, present updates to stakeholders, create reports on progress/ delays for HODs and ensure timely implementation of projects initiatives.

- To create and manage MIS/ dashboards on projects handled.

Academic Qualifications Required MBA, CFA, CA

Professional Relevant Work Experience Required

- Min 5 years experience in retail assets strategy/ projects / loan centre operations

- In-depth Banking experience

- General Banking products and process knowledge

- Experience in delivering retail loan automation project across new loan processing/ servicing / operations / underwriting

- Worked on MS Excel and created PowerPoint presentations

- Good communication and relationship management skills

- Good command over English"
