Location: Mumbai

About CXT:

CXT aims to drive Project Management Office alongside high impact innovation and continuous improvement projects using AI/RPA and automation leading to improvement of CX Scores for Cards and payments business

About the Role

In this position the candidate would be responsible for driving Project Management Office across the Bank, managing employee training for Project management, Lean Six Sigma and other Quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- To manage Project management Office for the Bank and track project progress

- To monitor progress of projects assigned, create reports on progress/ delays for Team Head/HOD and ensure timely implementation of said projects.

- To carry out data analysis and diagnostic studies to identify process gaps.

- To create and manage MIS/dashboards on projects

- Independently handle projects end to end from process understanding till delivery.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Post-Graduation, MBA, CA

- Certified Black Belt Six Sigma, Lean Methodology (preferable)

- Proficiency in data analysis and representation using tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- 5-7 Years of Work Experience

Role Proficiency:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge

- Knowledge of Banking domain

- Experience in Banking Operations Business

- Experience in Project Management Office (preferable)

- Experience in Power BI Reporting (Preferable)

- Experience in MS Projects (Preferable)

Skills

- Should have a good analytical and presentation skills

- Should be good in handling Projects independently

- Good communication and relationship management skills

Abilities

- Stakeholder Management regular interaction with the leadership team to align deliverables with organizational objectives
