- S/he will be expected to manage all key product activities for Retail Term Deposit: Product Benefit suite, Sales Quality and processes, Fee Income and Profitability, Sales Volumes and customer satisfaction over the entire product life cycle - Responsible for driving the RTD budgetary goals for the bank through product initiatives and anchor channel activities for the same - Project management of all product integration/launches changes throughout implementation - Identify, present and execute innovative and creative product solutions - Lead the development, approval, training, communication of product changes and their associated customer, operational, process and systems impact - Display a high level of critical thinking in cross functional process analysis and problem resolution for existing products - Coordinate and build strong work relationships with various internal groups: IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Process Quality - Monitor the internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product changes
