Role reports to : Product Lead - Mutual Fund & Alternate Investment Products Job Description : The incumbent for this role is expected to drive the mutual funds product sales/marketing through various channels of the bank including branches and digital channels. Job Profile : - Drive central marketing campaigns/contests and manage market roll out to ensure ground execution and subsequent tracking across all segments for SIP, On-going Schemes and NFO Mobilization. - Building relationship with AMCs and deducing optimal pricing for the Bank. - Conducting and organizing various training initiatives for the pan India sales team on the concept of Mutual Funds and sales pitch. This also includes AMFI trainings for all channels. - Content In-charge of the Mutual Fund section on the internal & external webpages. - Finalizing Mutual Fund Distribution Agreement with various AMCs. - Responsible for driving Sales of Mutual Fund through various channels within the Bank. - Developing and implementing sales strategies for the mutual fund business across all channels. - Involved in New product development like SIP along with Fixed Deposit, Mutual Fund purchase along with savings account opening form & Mutual Fund Online purchase. - Interaction and co-ordination with AMCs for NFO launches, customer meets and trainings across the country. - Preparation of marketing support materials to strengthen product delivery Work experience required : - Should have 8-12 years of work experience - AMC / Bank Mutual Fund experience with product management experience Educational background : - Preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 B-school
