Axis Bank - Product Manager - Mortgages

Looking for a product manager for mortgages (home loans/affordable housing/LAP) in the retail lending team of Axis Bank. Responsibilities to include

- Product Management - Liaising with stakeholders across different teams (policy, operations, risk, compliance, marketing etc) for the product Team

- Training - Conduct and execute training programs for sales teams on the banks offerings

- Programs - Handle sales support, budgeting, campaigns for the product/business

- P&L Management - Understand and analyze vertical and horizontal profitability of the business and come up with actionable insights on the same

- Process Improvement/Benchmarking - Understand application processing for mortgages across different operating models and look to recommend possible improvements

- Project Management - Execute projects across initiatives like customers experience, process improvement, vendor empanelment etc

- Portfolio Monitoring - Analyze the portfolio of the business across metrics (growth, risk, profitability etc) for insights/action items and work on implementing the same

The role would involve team handling and the candidate would report into the product head.
