Responsible for developing offerings for the country including :
- Product strategy, product definition. Launching and commercialization of new products aligned with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to sales channel.
- New Product Development as per client needs or market opportunities.
- Developed standard target market and pricing policies for products.
- Work closely with Relationship Mangers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product customization.
- Training and development of sales channel
- Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines
- Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes
