Process Quality Manager - Cards & Payments

About PTSE :

- The Process Transformation and Service Excellence department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions.

- The team supports and augments the customer experience platform across the bank (Retail, corporate banking, ATM, Phone banking and Digital banking) by carrying out service quality review for all products and processes, driving improvement across all service processes (both from design as well as processing perspective) and handling escalations in all three lines of business (Retail / loans / Credit cards).

About the Role :

- The Role Holder is responsible for driving transformation across all front end and support functions of Cards and Payments Business.

- Incumbent will need to drive end to end transformation projects by deploying lean/six sigma project management methodologies and intelligent automation through ML/RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects and Tech projects using Machine learning/RPA and API based automation.

- Interact with external partners for innovation and technical solutions

- Diagnose processes by conducting process walk-throughs, data analysis etc

- Conducting RCA on escalated complaints, Conduct Mystery shopping, Industry benchmark study

- BRD writing and CMC approvals to get approvals on reimagined processes

- Interact with BIU to run data analytics for monitoring key business metrics and identify process gaps

- Prepare regular status updates & setting up toll gate reviews with Project champion & stakeholders

Qualifications :

Optimal qualification for success on the job is :

- Post-Graduation, MBA, B-Tech (from top tier institute)

- Certified Black Belt Six Sigma, Lean Methodology (preferable)

- Proficiency in data analysis and representation using tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- 10-14 Years of Work Experience

Role Proficiencies :

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :

- Knowledge of Banking domain with experience in Cards and Payments Business and Project management (preferable)

- Should have a good analytical and presentation skills

- Should be good in handling Projects independently

- Good communication and relationship management skills

- Stakeholder Management ability regular interaction with the leadership team to align deliverables with organizational objectives
