1. Handling and Complying with the Internal Audit Reports

2. Re-engineering of processes

3. Handling PMC/CMC for Retail Products

4. Managing OR & SOX testing

Roles and Responsibilities - 

1. Identifying the gaps and enable process improvements through audit observations

2. Implementation of system changes as per Audit Observations

3. Overall Management of PMC/CMC like timely handling of queries, closure of request raised etc.

4. Coordination with various internal and external stake holders for complying with various process changes

5. Handling of various process related projects
