The incumbent for this role is expected to drive the customer lifecycle for customers mapped to the mass Axis Remote banking customers of the retail bank The job will include: - Drive customer engagement initiatives through Portfolio activation and usage plans for ensuring we are the Primary Banker for the customer - Designing activation campaigns for dormant/inactive customers and ring-fencing high-value customers - Work closely with the Axis Remote banking channel team to drive customer engagement related parts of the channel's scorecard - Design and implement targeted campaigns for building up the mass Axis Remote banking book - Drive cross sell initiatives - focused products, campaigns/contests for Axis Remote banking channel and D2C campaigns - Ensuring CRM integration with all customer engagement initiatives done by the team - Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and other stakeholders Skills required: - The ideal candidate should be adept at understanding analytical concepts and convert them into tangible portfolio deliverables - Should be comfortable with medium to high level powerpoint, MS excel - Should be good with numbers in terms of creating, reading and understanding reports - Should have good oral & written communication skills as the job would involve preparing presentation and information pieces for senior management - The candidate should have the ability to liaze with several cross-functional teams to get work done
