Key Responsibilities :
1. Analyse portfolio data to derive insights to enhance quality and stakeholder satisfaction
2. Focus on value enhancement from customers by continuously engaging with the RM Channel
3. Identify opportunities to cross Sell to increase penetration growth of balance building products Debit card, Retail Assets, Fixed Deposit, IPG, Bill Pay, Axis Direct & Locker
4. Alternate channel activation and usage programs : ATM, Mobile and Net Banking
5. Track and conduct activities to improve the true rate of the portfolio
6. Portfolio activation and usage : Drive activation campaigns for Dormant, Inactive, Active customers
7. Undertake Attrition analysis & define strategies for customer retention
8. Campaign measurement : Evaluate campaign conversion and monitor the profitability, of the various campaigns and contests
9. Work with Sales team, Wealth RMs and Market Leads to drive activation initiatives at field level
10. Design and Implement special initiatives / projects from time to time to meet overall portfolio objectives
11. Ensure data consistency across multiple platforms
12. Focus on value enhancement from customers
13. Ensure proper handling of various new projects to enhance RM productivity
14. Ensure a proper training program for the new joinees by coordinating with the respective stakeholders
15. Work on proper allocation of books to the RMs and ensure proper books are mapped to the newly joined RMs
16. Work with other stakeholders on proper customer fitment to the right program to ensure RM and customer stickiness
