The individual will be a part of the Marketing function and the primary role will be implementation of various marketing initiatives for specific Cards products.
This role involves coordination with the Product teams, partner agencies and the internal Marketing team to deliver on the overall marketing objectives set.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the go-to-market plan for the launch of new and existing Card products & the plan for year-round promotion of the same
- Branding & designing the communication for feature-led campaigns
- Conceptualize and design the collaterals, welcome kits etc. in line with the overall brand guidelines
- Design customer communication across media for relevant target audience basis customer insights
- Identify clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing
- Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication.

- Developing consumer insights
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact with multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing, brand management, advertising or other brand-building roles
- MBA / Post Graduate
