Essential job functions for Corporate Banking Operations
- Drive process assessments in CBO involving corporate underwriting & credit
- Liaise with units in CBO on assessment calibrations & publish month-on-month scorecards
- Use assessment gaps to drive process changes with stakeholders involving biz & IT
- Ensure adherence to SOP during assessment
- Drive SOP creation/changes in CBO units
- Document every change in process & ensure data security & privacy
- Manage team, drive productivity and team bonding
Experience:
- 5-6 years in handling similar role/functions
- Sound knowledge in Corporate underwriting & credit
- Should have worked in a compliance driven atmosphere & aware of regulatory guidelines
- Conversant with best market practices/ assessment approach
Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Ability to deliver results and handle pressure
- Conversant with excel , word and sound presentation skills
- Ability to learn, drive & motivate teams
- Open to ideas/changes
