Job involves every aspect of HR BP role including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Operations. The role would encompass the end to end of HR function for the given geography right from recruitment, talent management, performance management, controlling attrition, employee relations and employee reachout.
Job responsibilities include:

- Managing Engagement through various initiatives.
- Reach out and communication
- Managing Performance and productivity
- The candidate should be from Top B school with exposure in OD and developmental projects.
