Axis Bank - AVP/DVP - Head - Payroll Operations The role shall be a part of the HR department in the Bank: Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Collection of Input from internal and external sources 2. Input validation & sharing correct data to Vendor 3. Validating Salary register with Input & finding reasons for variation. 4. Coordinating and reverting observations done with concurrent auditor. 5. Reverting query raised by compensation team for deviations and taking sign off for salary disbursal. 6. Preparing variance report ED & Above 7. Handling all accounting entries pertaining to the payroll cycle 8. Preparing subsidiary salary Cost data for subsidiary employees. 9. Sharing required data with external stakeholders as per requirement 10. Perks data to be retrieved from Finacle and shared with TSR 11. Replying to queries regarding payroll 12. Complying with all tax requirements 13. Complying with all regulatory requirements regarding payroll 14. Complying with all audit requirements regarding payroll The Candidate : 1. Prior experience of handle last employee base. 2. Experience of handling complete payroll management 3. Well versed with the current taxation norms and employee benefits and Acts.
