Job Description :  - Must have Minimum 10 years TV Entertainment, Business development Sales Experience  - Must have Handled National Sales Head Role  - Develop and expand advertiser/ad sales partner acquisition and relationship management strategies.   - Build multi vertical national sales team office to acquire and manage key high volume  - Work with PR and creative to produce key sales proposals.   - Negotiate contracts with larger advertisers to favorably and expeditiously close sales.   - Produce weekly closed and forecasted revenue reports for senior management.   - Maintain knowledge of trends within markets and industries; recognize and address sales barriers to advertisers acquisition and relation.   - Widening Axis reach nationally & Motivating the Axis network nationally.   - Assisting accounts for regular payments of Corporate Clients.   - Excellent Communication skills   - High Confidence Level   - Quality Experience in Ad Sales   Candidate Profile :  - 12-15 years of Hard Core Electronic Media ( Television Channel ) Sales Experience   - MBA in Marketing/Advertising from Top 10 institutes   - Must have worked in Mumbai Market   - Proven track record of delivery   - Strong network with high focus on Relationships,Market knowledge,Product knowledge,Familiar with Mumbai Market  - Strategic, Analytic frame of Mind, Differential thinking  - Well Organised   - High on emotional maturity and integrity
