AxesTrack - Head - Digital Transformation

AT is looking for rockstars to lead its digital transformation unit. This role requires robust understanding of the development, delivery & implementation life cycles of software products. The role is challenging with a tremendous opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate for the profile will have a background in software products (development/delivery/implementation), critical thinking & problem solving skills, consultative approach toward solving a problem & a proven history of multi-stakeholder coordination or effective project management.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Leading the implementation of digital transformation products to meet short-term and long-term strategic objectives

2. Driving significant impact to the business by executing transformational projects for different business lines

3. Contributing to / lead enterprise wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes (Process Transformation) and operating models incorporating latest technologies

4. Collaborating with colleagues, identifying and implementing opportunities for improved effectiveness, efficiency and risk mitigation

5. Providing critical thinking to help teams link their strategic goals to execution plan

6. Supporting product growth by effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders

Capabilities/ Experience :

1. Problem-solving mindset : Willingness and ability to get to the depth of a problem

2. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with client business stakeholders to get clear and detailed understanding of business challenges and needs/wants of their customers

3. High aptitude for strategic thinking, thought leadership, experience in product development and have expert knowledge in digital and technology topics.

4. Managing demanding internal and external stakeholders in a positive, service-oriented way, and able to develop trust quickly, building solid, mutually respectful relationships

5. Strong Project Management skills, with focus on Digital Transformation and Customer Experience projects.

6. Strong solutioning skills particularly with modern technologies and architecture is an advantage
