Head Business Development cum Partner   (Ecommerce venture in Logistics industry)  About us:   We are a young startup working in the growing field of GPS based vehicle tracking services. We envisage to make the Indian road transport more efficient with reasonably priced solutions.   The founder is an IIT Bombay alumnus with 9 years of entrepreneurial experience. Prior to Axestrack, the same management was involved in establishing a milk procurement company in Western Rajasthan. The agribusiness was a moderate success. With Axestrack, we believe to achieve a much bigger success. With the GPS industry growing at the rate of more than 5% MoM (month on month), we think we are at the right place at the right time!!!  Our growth of 150% in last six months proves it &#61514;  What we do:  We develop vehicle tracking software with a focus on high performance to price ratio. Our product offering can be divided into three main segments - basic tracking for small scale fleet owners, consignment solutions for large fleet owners and school bus tracking for schools and parents. Our edge is focus on value added solutions such as high end analytics, mobile apps and school bus apps. Also, we assume to better translate customer requirements into product features.   Along with the software, we provide imported GPS hardware to our sales partners and clients.  How we do business:   We do not target end customers directly, in fact, we are primarily in B2B domain. Currently, we have more than 30 active sales partners across India and 3 outside India. Our partners are precious to us and we invest a lot on their development and growth. We believe that, in future, the partner network will provide us an advantage over other competitors. Also, it will help us establish the business models that we dream of.  Going forward, we target to:  1. Increase the number of domestic partners to 60 in coming 5 months. We expect this should lead to 10000+ vehicles ported on our portal.  2. Establish 5 new international partners who will sell our services in their respective nations.  3. Most importantly, start an e-commerce business in transport and logistic segment. We see a gap and inefficiency in the current business models and would like to fill that gap with our solutions and network.  To achieve these targets, we are looking for a person:  1. Who is a fit to the startup culture, a dreamer with feet firm on ground and has an attitude to get work done.   Should be stable in the ups and downs of business &#61514;  2. A management guy from a premier B School. Ideally having 3-8 years of business development experience.  3. Prefers ownership over salary. Of course, expects future dividends - .  4. Preferably worked in B2B ecommerce / Network development / IT Product Sales / IT Startups.  5. Has achieved high professional success, utilizing his leadership and management skills in previous roles.  6. Who can work with fast pace in a slow paced city of Jaipur.
