Sales Process Management:

- Manage and oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
- Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in sales operations.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor them closely to ensure targets are being met.
- Focus on critical metrics that matter most for business growth and maintain a fast, reliable process for performance assessment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales managers, sales executives, and other team members to foster a collaborative and supportive sales environment.
