Objective of the Position

Management of the contents & Quality of the reference Instruments and Indices /Benchmark. For any data related project, ensuring that functional solutions are put in place which are consistent with the principles of the Corporate Data Policy and with the production process.

1. Expertise in Data Management -

- develops thorough knowledge and the cross section of families of data (definitions, modeling of financial instruments in base, specificity of the suppliers of data, business rules etc.)

- Develops thorough knowledge and cross-sectional data models implemented in data management, and applications (features, controls, etc.)

- Develop a thorough knowledge of the flow of data and the life cycle of each data

2. Analysis and Quality Control

- Develops methods of analysis while maintaining quality of the data

- Manipulate the existing quality indicators, and create new ones where appropriate

- Operate the quality checks defined in the Data Management Control Policy

- Perform a follow-up and a control of the second level of the control activities carried out by the team Data Management Offshore (AXA Business Services, India): creation and monitoring of KPIS, participation in operational governance.

- Follow the flow providers in collaboration with teams technology, and communicate on the potential problems of quality, deadlines for delivery of the data

- Ensure that the data meets the standards defined in the Data Management Corporate Policy (including the procedure for amendment of the data)

3. Support for Customers

- Responding in a reactive manner, efficient and detailed to support requests from clients (requests for information, verification, extractions etc)

- Ensure, in collaboration with the other members of the team, the continuity of the service is as per required timelines defined by the manager and according to the needs of clients

- Ensure the delivery of the ad hoc reports (closing reports, cut-off reports etc.) according to the agreed format and deadlines

- Ensure the training to the staff whenever required

4. Data Governance

- Maintaining the relationships with the data providers in collaboration with the team market data (quality of services, costs, new offers available)

5. Operational Efficiency

- Streamline the existing controls

- Define, propose and implement new controls for onshore teams and offshore (India) - Contribute to the monitoring of offshore activities in an aim of permanent improvement of the production process.

6. Documentation

- Maintain up to date the documentation (Data Glossary, process documentation, Service Level Agreement with customers and/or suppliers of data)

Experiences and Qualifications ( all experiences and relevant training is necessary to the accomplishment of the key missions ex: formations in the position, training, diplomas and special skills such as computer skills, negotiation, linguistic, etc.)

- Education 12th+5 (University or school of commerce)

- At least a one work experience in a financial institution

- Management of industrial manner of financial data, especially those dedicated to the management of assets

- Knowledge of financial instruments (modelling, operation, etc- )

- Ability to actively communicate and appropriate manner to clients and to the suppliers of data

- Advanced knowledge on Excel, SQL, macro VBA and the tools of Meta Data Management

- English fluent, financial

- Database management system (understating table/fields/pivot key relationship, data feed processes, mapping, script, - ) (minimum : level 4)

- SQL language (minimum : level 3)

- Excel pivot tables and macro VBA (level 1)

- Good knowledge of the operation of Capital Market

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

- Theoretical modelization of financial instruments (minimum : level 4)

- General understanding of asset management activity (minimum : level 2)

- General knowledge of financial data providers system (minimum : level 2)

SOFT SKILLS- Ability to work without systematic directives guidance/ directives (level 5 required) (Must work independently)- Ability to design functional / technical solutions to a Production issue / emergency, fast and autonomously (level 5 required)

Operating Environment and Context of the position (factors that make the position more challenging ex: constraints of time, radical organizational change, in market conditions/exceptional clients, conditions of demanding regulations, etc.)

Possibility of presence required during the holidays

Possibility of staggered hours (early in the morning or late in the evening) depending on the volume of activity or the work constraints imposed by the clients
