Process Brief :
The position is a key member of the Transition team, responsible for transitions program managements, operations consulting assignments and overall project management resulting in outsourcing of the business processes from clients to AXA BS.
Key Accountabilities :
Project Management :
- Experience to manage large programs (including managing large on shore due diligence independently)
- Undertake scooping and feasibility study work at customer site and carry out the project implementation
- Manage end to end local project (at AXA BS) for clients
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Build an effective communication plan to avoid any surprises.
- Drive the entire project and lead the AXA BS resources during the project.
- Effective closure of all projects with proper sign off and Service Level Agreements
Change Management :
- Understand the sensitivity to region-based peculiarities and the dynamics at the customer organization.
- Maintain effective resolution of major issues as and when required
- Liaise with the internal IT and Operations resources to ensure all deliverable's are met
Specific knowledge required :
Customer Relationship Management :
- Conduct Post Implementation review on projects with the customer
- Forge relationship and confidence with the client for future business
- Increase the product depth in the existing customers
- Identify new opportunities
New Initiatives, Process Improvement & Knowledge Management :
- Drive Knowledge Management (case studies and learning's from projects, new products in BPO and processes)
- Refine the transition framework and transition training guide based on new learning- s
- Share best practices across projects
- Develop training modules for transition and insurance processes Identify process improvement Projects in new projects and existing processes
Domain experience :
- Experience in handling Insurance healthcare projects-Claims processing, underwriting etc
- Preference will be given to life science background
Position Summary :
- This position will be required to forge strong relations with AXA BS customers and lead complex projects comprising resources from operations, IT from customer and AXA BS.
Specific position related exp :
- Experience to manage large programs and due diligence is must
