Job Brief :

- MBA - HR with 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR/L&D

- Should have experience in Behavioral Competency framework and various tools to assess competencies

- Prior Experience in development of Competency Mapping, Behavioral Assessment Framework, Skill Gap Matrix, behavioral event interviews is an advantage

- Ensure the organization has a variety of learning paths and learning activities to help develop competencies.

Qualification Required : MBA/PGDM - Specialization in HR/Industrial Relations
