Process Brief :
A key member of the Business Intelligence and Research team in AXA Business Services :
- To Support the Global SWFP Project Management Team and the Entity Project Management teams and SGA Leads on tool (both SGA and quantitative tools), data consolidation, dashboard and report production requirements
- Understanding the clients requirements, in order to prepare future deployments, simplify, redesign and develop the Tools, process and reports so it becomes more user-friendly, using VBA and Macros
Key Accountabilities :
- 5 years, Developer/Data integrator
- With advanced skills in Excel
- Advanced formulas & formatting
- Tables, Charting, pivot tables & reporting
- VBA &Macros - programming preferred
- Consolidating several workbooks
- Likes data and want's to understand, analyze them
- Fluent in English
- Rigor
- Presentation / demonstration skills (verbal and PPT)
- High degree of autonomy, ability to report remotely
- Experiences in HR is a plus
Qualification Required : Graduate OR Post Graduate in any Specialization from a Recognized Institute/ University.
Specific knowledge required :
- 5-6 years of experience working in MI
- Advance knowledge of Excel and VBA
- Masters in HR or Experience in Core HR MI
- Good communication skills and should have the ability to train people across entities in AXA
- Preferred if people can join immediately
Position Summary :
Data consolidation and dashboard production at Group level and therefor support the Global SWFP Project Team
- Data consolidation and tool support for all entities in scope
- Managing Quality Control in the project/process
- Maintain the SGA tool and update it with any necessary content or functionalities and keep the user documentation and shared work-space up to date
- Further develop and simplify the tool using VBA and Macros (reduce the number of modules and sheets, simplify the process)
Salary Budget: 8.5 lacs PA
