Process: Alliance bernstein-Global Analytics

Process Brief :

- Report daily and monthly composite performance for range of domestic and international products.

- Maintenance & construction of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) composites

- Ensure GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) compliance for all the marketed composites.

- Audit performance for all the accounts on weekly basis.

- Report key statistics on marketed composite performance

- Support Sales and marketing team by providing key performance data and other Ad-hoc requests.

Key Accountabilities :

- Ensure that all the requirements are completed on a timely basis with the greatest attention to details.

- To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization

- Strong organizational skills; the ability to perform multiple tasks and to communicate clearly and effectively on routine matters.

- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.

- Keeping process related procedures and documents up to date.

- Adherence to the compliance policies of the company.

- Deliver on defined SLAs.

- Implement process Improvement ideas for efficiency and higher quality.

- Adhere to the Quality standard as set for the specific process.

Specific knowledge required :

- Understanding of Performance measurement and reporting.

Position Summary :

- Individual will be a member of the Composite Management & GIPS team within the Performance Group.

- He/she will be responsible for compiling investment performance results for composites, accounts and benchmarks.

- In addition the individual will be required to perform statistical analysis and create performance reports.

Specific position related exp :

- Experience in investment performance measurement.
