AXA Business Services - Manager - HR Operations

- This position will be responsible for leading HR Operations area for all the sites of AXA Business Services in India

- S/he would be responsible for driving operational excellence in all processes under HR operations area from onboarding to offboarding

- Will have to work closely with HRMS Leader for all automation projects falling under HR Operations

- Will be responsible for off roll employee management

- Support audits and statutory compliance

- Should be hands-on, detail oriented and process minded

- Good communication skill along with expertise in presentation, excel/spreadsheets and word

- Exposure and working knowledge in any one the ERP solution such as SAP/ People Soft /Oracle fusion
